Questions designers ask
Does it replace testing with real users?
No, and it shouldn't. UX Kritik catches the obvious and the expensive problems before you put real people in front of a design, so your research time goes to the questions only humans can answer. When you're ready, the A/B Lab collects responses from real participants.
What counts as a "run"?
Each AI analysis — a critique, panel, audit, heatmap, 5-second test, flow review, copy rewrite or AI A/B prediction — is one run. Mentor chats, the contrast checker, the simulator, the WCAG checklist and collecting A/B responses never use runs.
Can an AI really audit WCAG from a screenshot?
Partly, and the report says which part. Contrast, target size, labels, headings, link text and many layout criteria can be judged visually. Keyboard, screen-reader and code criteria are marked "check manually" with instructions on how to test them.
What happens after my 20 free runs?
Your history stays. To keep running analyses, subscribe to Pro for €5,99 a month through Gumroad. If you buy with the same email as your account it unlocks automatically; otherwise paste the license key from your receipt.
Where are my screenshots stored, and who sees them?
On our server, visible only to you unless you create a share link. Images are sent to our AI provider only to run the analysis you asked for. You can export or delete everything from your account page at any time.
How do I cancel?
From the Gumroad email receipt or your Gumroad library. Pro stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
